"Nappu Sodegaura Office" providing continuous employment support type B service mainly for farm work in Sodegaura We are working in contact with nature at 10:00 ～ 16 ： 00.


"Nappu" is operated based on the "Agriculture and Fortune Cooperation" which is an initiative to increase wages for commuters and to solve the labor shortage for farmers through the cooperation of labor B facilities and farmers.

[Facility

In Nappu, the number of users has exceeded 10 since November and the ratio of male to female is 7 ： 3.

In order to cope with the increase in the number of users, we will start recruiting staff in December. We have the most generous staffing under the standards, 5 ： 1 （ including a target wage achievement instructor ）.

We will continue to recruit users and would appreciate referrals to those who are eligible.



[Wage results for this month]

The average wage for this month landed at about 47,000 yen and the highest amount was 90,300 yen.

Thanks to the cooperation of our commuters and companies that provide work outside the facility, we have been able to maintain an average of over 45,000 yen.

We will continue to make efforts to further increase wages and solve the labor shortage.



[Work for next month]

December is the harvest time of winter vegetables.

Our business office is contracted by the "Otameshi Noufuku" program, an initiative that leads to cooperation between agriculture and welfare in Chiba Prefecture, to harvest cabbage from farmers in Sodegaura and Futtsu.

In addition to cabbage harvesting, we also harvest and prepare several vegetables grown in Nappu's fields, including Chinese cabbage ・ carrots ・ broccoli ・ lettuce.
