Beware of refund fraud ！ ！

Today, we are receiving calls in the Rokutei area about a refund scam claiming to be from City Hall.
If you hear the words
overpaid
letter sent but not returned
during the call, it is a scam.

To prevent damage, set your home phone to an answering machine setting even when you are home, or do not call unknown numbers and do not talk to the person.

If you receive such a call, suspect a scam and call 110 or report it to the Kimitsu Police Station.
