Beware of suspicious phone calls ！ ！ [Refund fraud] （ Correction ）

This is a notice from Kimitsu Police Station.

In Kimitsu City, a suspicious caller claimed to be from the Social Insurance Office and said
"There is an extra refund for your pension lump sum."
and other suspicious calls.
Beware of calls that use the words "money", "cash card", "ATМ" or ask for personal or
account information.

As a security measure against such phone deception, even when you are at home, use an answering machine setting or number notification service, and
lock your house and lock the door securely.
If you feel that something is even slightly wrong, hang up the phone immediately.

If you receive a suspicious phone call or a stranger suddenly comes to your house, please report it to the Kimitsu Police Station.
