Target ＝ Children from 1 month checkup to preschool age and their guardians
Contents ＝ Physical measurement, childcare consultation (childcare, diet, teeth care, etc.)
Things to bring ＝ Maternal and child health notebook, bath towel (for children under 2 years old)
