Conditioning is an exercise to prepare your body.
We take the body's habits and put it back into the correct position, then
we train it so that it is not distorted.

You will be amazed at how your body changes ！

It is not a tough or strenuous workout ！

I am not good at exercise ・ ・ ・
I am too old for it ・ ・ ・
I'm too stiff and I feel shy ・ ・ ・

You can join ！

The first half is relaxing and The first half of the session is to relax and remove tension from the body.
In the second half, we will re-educate your under-used muscles ！ and do weight training ！

You will experience "body alignment" ！
You will have better posture and a lighter body ～.
You will feel better and refreshed ！
You will also have the by-product of reducing your body fat ♪

＊ If you do not have a yoga mat, please bring 2 bath towels.
＊ Indoor shoes are not required. Lessons will be held barefoot.
