Kimitsu City Park ・ "Park Volunteer" wanted to clean up green space ！.

We are looking for a park volunteer group to clean up urban parks and green areas, mow grass, and care for flower beds in Kimitsu City.
The staff will carefully explain how to use the machines, so even first-time users can feel comfortable with the activities.

＝ Activities of volunteer groups ＝
・ Activities related to beautification, such as cleaning and weeding in the park
・ Activities related to the management of trees and flower beds in the park and promotion of greenery
・ Others
* Injury accidents and liability accidents during activities are covered by the Kimitsu City Citizen's Activity Disaster Compensation System.

＜ Cooperation money ＞
We pay cooperation money to organizations that meet all the following requirements We will pay a cooperation fee to organizations that meet all of the following requirements

The organization must be registered as a volunteer by the end of June of the current year.
The activity plan must be submitted. （ Submission period April to June ）
Activity report must have been submitted. （ Submission deadline March 10 ） *If March 10 is a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the next business day
The amount of the cooperation payment is as follows.
（ 1 ） Basic activity amount 10,000 yen per year
（ 2 ） Actual activity amount * per time
Trash pickup 1 yen/square meter
Grass cutting 5 yen/square meter
Shrub pruning 3 yen/square meter
*Up to 5,000 square meters per time.
*Up to 12 times per year for cleaning, 5 times per year for weeding, and 3 times per year for
pruning.

＜ How to apply for a volunteer group ＞
Please fill out the "（ Form 1 ） Park Volunteer Registration Application" on the website and apply.
*Registration must be for a group （ of 2 or more people ）.
*Application forms are also available at the Parks and Open Space Division counter.
