We are looking for volunteers to drive for our transportation service 🚗.

0 Driving Volunteers （ Pick up and drop off patients ）
[Eligibility]
Those who are under 70 years old and have had a driver's license for at least 3 years
*6 ・ After attending a traffic safety course to be held in September.

0 Escort Volunteers ❑ (Accompanying patients ）
Assist patients in getting in and out of their cars and at the hospital reception desk, etc.

[Hours of use]
Weekdays 9:00 a.m. ～ 3 ～ 4 hours out of 4:00 a.m. (1 ～ twice a month ）
[Place of activity]
Meet at the Social Welfare Center and use a car owned by the Social Welfare Council to take the user from their home
We will pick up and drop off the users from their homes in a vehicle owned by the Council of Social Welfare. The destination is Sodegaura City ・ Kisarazu City ・ Ichihara City.

Transportation service is provided with the cooperation of volunteers for elderly and disabled people living in Sodegaura City who have difficulty going out to medical facilities by public transportation.
There are conditions for use, such as membership registration and income restrictions.
