This trial lesson is for people with no experience ・ and who are not confident in their motor skills or physical strength.

People tend to have an image that martial arts are painful and scary, but Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu can be done safely because it is only bed and joint techniques.

Content of the Trial Session
・ Dressing
We explain how to put on the Jiu-Jitsu gi and tie the obi in a way that even beginners can easily understand.
・ Preparatory Exercises
Advice on movement and body use will be given as you go along.
・ Basic drills
Repeat the basic Jiu-Jitsu moves while reviewing them.
・ Technique Exercises
We will teach you various practical Jiu-Jitsu techniques that are not taught in fitness gyms.
It may not be easy at first, but when you get it right, you will be impressed. ！
