Here in Japan, we are now entering an era of rapid population decline and the need to welcome people from abroad. The purpose of this club is to contribute to the Kisarazu and Sodegaura communities through the creation of an international community using English in the Kanada area of Kisarazu City, which has an international atmosphere.

[Introduction] Eugene has lived in Canada, a country of immigrants, with his family for 7-8 years. His three children ( 20, 19,&17 years old ) grew up in Canada and English is their first language. His two older children live in Canada for college, and his 17-year-old daughter is in Grade 12 at an international school in Chiba, Japan. Eugene graduated from the University of Lethbridge ( General Studies ) in Lethbridge, Alberta and Tyndale Graduate School ( of Hebrew ) in Toronto, Ontario. He lives in Chiharadai, Ichihara City with his beautiful wife and unique second daughter. Several people in Chiharadai have joined Eugene's club.
